Contact SupplyCalc

SupplyCalc Editorial reads every message. Corrections to calculator math or reference tables are prioritized.

Email

For all inquiries — corrections, calculator requests, partnership questions, and press — email hello@supplycalc.com. Reader feedback is reviewed weekly. Corrections that affect calculator results are prioritized and may be reflected in the next deploy.

What to include

  • For a correction: the calculator or guide URL, the input values you used, the result the page returned, and the result you believe is correct (with a source if possible). Photos or screenshots are welcome.
  • For a new calculator request: the material or project type, the typical measurements a user would have at hand, and the unit you would expect for the result.
  • For an editorial correction: the URL, the quoted text, and the suggested replacement with a source.

What we cannot answer

SupplyCalc cannot provide project-specific contracting advice, structural calculations, code interpretations, or labor quotes. For those, contact a local licensed contractor, engineer, or your municipal building department. SupplyCalc estimates are planning tools; final purchases should be confirmed against the product label and the local code requirements for your project.

FAQ

Do you respond to every email?

Every message is read. Corrections that affect calculator math get a direct response. General feedback and feature requests are batched into a weekly review and may not get an individual reply.

How long until a correction is live?

Confirmed corrections are deployed in the next site release, usually within one to two weeks. Critical math fixes ship same-day.

Can I link to a SupplyCalc calculator?

Yes. No permission needed. A direct link to the calculator URL is preferred over an iframe or scraped embed.

Can I use SupplyCalc results in a client proposal or quote?

Yes, with the understanding that the result is a planning estimate, not a bid. Including the SupplyCalc URL and the input values you used helps the recipient verify the estimate.

How do I report a bug in the calculator interface?

Email hello@supplycalc.com with the calculator URL, the browser and device you were using, and a description of what you saw versus what you expected.
